I have read and understand the principles and values of the Australian Institute TechnicalChefs, and fully intend to adhere to and be bound by them.,
If I am found to be bringing the Australian Institute of TechnicalChefs into disrepute (particularly but not limited to) the Australian Culinary Codes of Practice,
I understand that I may be suspended or expelled and my registration removed.,
I hereby agree to hold the Australian Institute of TechnicalChefs its office bearers and agents harmless from any complaint claim or damage arising out of any action or omission by any of them in connection with this application or the application process.,
