My Career expands 37 years in the hospitality Industry, Qualified Chef Qualified Front Of House Operations. My work experience ranges from Hatted Restaurants, Hotels, Resorts, Event Centres, Exhibition Centres, Tourism Tour Industry.
For the last 7 years I have dedicated my career to designing and operating a Korean BBQ Restaurant for which I was the executive Chef and Training & Operations Manager / Director under Blue & Co PTY LTD, trading as Korean Grill House, 3 TIMES People’s Choice Awarded Restaurant.
At present, I am working at my own business, as a writer, for Culinary, Travel Retail Sector, and Staff Finder Melbourne as a Screening Manager Consultant. I also consult for hospitality-related establishments and am a volunteer for TCHEFS. Sarah Maric is my direct contact for the volunteering work, which I find very rewarding. giving back to the Hospitality Industry is a very important stage in my 37-plus-year career.
I look forward to my new career-driven role, which encompasses all aspects of Hospitality/ Culinary / Writing, with a focus on Cuisine, Travel & Retail.
