Académie Culinaire de France / Bocuse D’Or Academy – Australian Culinary Federation – Australian Institute of TechnicalChefs – Chaîne des Rôtisseurs – Les Toques Blanches
The five organisations have agreed to meet to discuss the “The health of the commercial cookery and issues that may reflect on a career as a chef” The fundamental mission is to identify strategies to collectively collaborate for the benefit of the industry.
