Association Meeting April 2018

Documents to be tabled at a meeting of five organisations that have professional chefs as members. Each association has been requested to table documents of their charter and concerns. The five organisations have agreed to meet to discuss the “The health of the commercial cookery and issues that may reflect on a career as a chef”   The fundamental mission is to   identify strategies to collectively collaborate for the benefit of the industry.
