Chefs who have who have misplaced, lost or unable to access documented proof of qualifications.
Online assessments are available to chefs who intend to apply for membership of the Australian Institute of TechnicalChefs. Online assessments are for chefs who are unable to provide documented evidence of their training and development. (If the institute is not sure of an applicants qualification, or unable to show sufficient points for membership, the applicant will be required to take online tests of culinary knowledge).
A username and password will be supplied to an applicant for their online assessment.
