Make a Donation If you, your organisation or company agree with this initiative and have similar supporting, attitudes and values, we would appreciate your monetary donation needed to implement the A.I.T.C mission, and improve this invaluable service to the Australian commercial cookery industry. All donations acknowledged on this site. Email: Treasurer  or President to discuss ways you may become involved, and assist with industry standards.We’ve also  got a small but important point to make to every professional chef. More professional chefs are visiting the institute than ever, but to date numbers of registrations are few. And we haven’t got the funds to really install this idea to protect you the professional.We want to keep  the registration our fees at absolutely minimum while achieving the maximum benefit for members.  The planning  development and  administration  of this initiative takes a lot of time, money and hard work  by a few dedicated chefs . But we do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too. If everyone who reads about registration and applies  to support it, our  and your future would be much more secure.  Either make a donation or more importantly if you are eligible apply to be a licensed.
